Speedo drive gears

Post by bwaminispeed »

Trying to find the speedo drive gears I need for a 2.76 final drive replacing a 3.44 that was pretty accurate (reading just a bit high, which, is good).....Car is a 79 Canadian Export Mini Special 1000...

Transmission is a 22G1128 remote.....

All the numbers on the speedo face are: SN/4421/0145 800

According to Guessworks site you need 7/16 gears

http://www.guess-works.com/Tech/ratio.htm

Assuming it’s a KPH speedo and 800turns per km - TPK & 10” wheels
