Restoring rear view mirror
Sixty years of deterioration - I was going to give the holder and bracket a lick of paint but what are the options for the mirror glass? Mines all flaking off and is really dim now.

Re: Restoring rear view mirror
I’d be tempted to clean up the fittings and leave the glass - let it wear it’s years
I've got a 69 Mini with a 1046, Cooper Head and a four on the floor.

Mine is the same, it has EVERSURE stamped on all the individual parts.

Re: Restoring rear view mirror
I have an Eversure M880 which should be for an mini, but it only has 2 mounting holes. Anybody ever seen that? It doesn't look like its modified. Its missing the single hole on the "pointed" part of the mounting bracket.
