The engine break in procedure is soon finished, time to tune my car!

1,4 swiftune roller
twin HS4 and swift une ram pipe and ABD needles
fully ported head
switune CSI etc..
The car runs well but it's like ON/OFF when you push the slightly the throttle
I guess the damper ascends too fast
I check the damper spring but no color mark on it, my carbs are FZX3054 so should be blue or black damper spring?
