Rallying, but not as we know it!

Talking of the US, Monster Tajima smashing his record and getting up Pikes Peak, Colorado, under ten minutes for the first time last July - well done to him,

What a violent and controversial movie that was in it's time. I remember several local cinema's banning it as many were offended by the terrible acting !HuwGreenMiniVan wrote:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGhu5Zl5ry8

Thanks Smiffy. How did you do that?
And by the way, I am not a salesman for them at all, but many people, in adventure sports especially, rave about go-pro cameras, but I do not know what they cost, but some say not too much. So if you want to fit one on your car, see how much they cost from their suppliers. Quality to cost is supposed to be quite good.

Excellent clip of Pike's Peak from 1987 made by I think Finnish TV (or maybe Swedish TV ), posted in the last couple of days.
Rare clip of the twin engined VW Golf 4:25 into it, and an MG 6R4 competing on it, and many other european Group B rally cars from then. Excellent video clip,

Rare clip of twin engined VW Golf at here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RQxC8Lf9KUA#t=4m27s
or the VW Rabbit as the Golf was called and sold in the US then,
