Speedo pinion housing

Speedo pinion housing
Hi all, long story short, is it possible to remove the speedo pinion housing with the engine in the car...rad is currently out as is the engine mount and bracket, how easy is it to go that bit further

Others may now better as i have Not done this myself with the engine in situ ..so i suspect you will need to wind out & semi remove the 5/16 Studs to then allow that casting to be removed .. what fun you are having on a cold winters day

Luckily the car is in a warm workshop but doesn’t make the job too much easier
, more comfortable though but basically the engine mint bracket is a cut 850 version and I want to put the correct one on. I am at the point where one stud cannot be removed because of the sub frame is in the way and the new studs are longer, however if I think if I can remove the housing at the same time as the studs it might be possible. I will need to drain the oil but what I don’t want to get to is a position further down the road that I still have to go back to where I am.
The reason for the job is a timing cover crank pulley seal leak which has been bothering me, I can do the job and put this right but whilst I am at it I would rather put everything else right at the same time if I can
