John Aley's JRA850 Racing Mini

Post by MiNiKiN »

With the sad passing of John Aley and now reading his write-ups agains, I spotted JRA850 as his racing Mini at Nürburgring.
Any cluess if it survived and its following history and whereabouts?

Yes, this is where I took the inspiration from to ask the question in the first place :D Going in circles
I wondered what happened to the Mini thereafter - last record of JRA850 on John's page is 1966 Nürburgring

The question never got answered. The John Aley web page is now defunct. Did anyone take a copy of it? The internet archive hasn't a copy either. :(
