I was surprised to find I have what appears to be a chromed steel switch surround, it's heavier and magnetic. I thought they were all made from aluminium alloy. Is this an early type? If so does anyone know a date for the change?
Thanks,
Peter

Is it an optical illusion or is the one on the right of the picture wider than the other?

I am just guessing, but could it be of an Innocenti Mini Minor Mk1? They had a habbit of making things (if ever so slightly) different.
Yes I am a nerd: I am researching the Austrian Mini-racing scene of the 60s and 70s
