Brake line

Post by colonel mustard »

Would anyone have a photograph of the brake pipe route from the brass T down to the front subframe? TIA

can be quite tight in clearances in that lower brake pipe area with the Engine installed.
you can get a good idea where brake pipe alignment clearances are by test fitting just the Clutch Cover alone onto its subframe mounting ..

Great pic's!!! I'm just bending hydrolastic pipes and brake and gas line for
my 65. These pic's help a ton. Mine is LHD, but the routing is still similar. The clutch
cover is a wonderful idea :)
Thank you

Depending on the year of the car the union which was used to fit the brake light switch through will be different. The one in Andrews pictures is correct for his car however earlier models used the straight type which obviously effects the routing
