Well, I'm not sure that this is exactly correct but from the pics already posted up there doesn't appear to be any good references.

So, I've made these roughly to the period photos and in my opinion neatened the two servo pipes up a bit.

For reference, the cheap Chinese steel pipe is NOT the same as the Jagspares product - very inferior , not copper lines and does not swage very well.

Andrew, It may pay to trial fit your bonnet, with the prop included, to make sure that the pipe out the front of the booster does not hit anything when the bonnet is closed. Easy to do with no engine in the hole, just rest the bonnet in place.

Good idea to double check Indigo. :)

The pics makes it look like it’s sticking forward more than it is but I will try the bonnet on and have a look from underneath to see the clearance is good.

Appreciate the comments :)

I posted these up as a follow up to my original request and though that it might give others an idea as to how to do their short hose S's, if no other decent original pics exist.

Found these pics on the Auction thread for the unrestored 'short hose' S coming up for auction.

Nice Taurus Throttle linkage!

Is this the car that was withdrawn from Mathewson's a few months ago?

Yep. I think it was up for sale on one of the classic car sale websites for around 30k for a few weeks too

Looks like a great project, but I reckon the estimate is a bit optimistic!
