Very much appreciated.

I re-routed the dip switch wires under the dash and pedal box. I will continue to check on the need for a clip.

I also pulled the red and red/white wires back up into the speedo housing and out one of the holes. The wires were long enough to connect them to the switch and attach it to the binnacle.

Next step is to test the switches, horn, turn signals, etc.
