Are there timing marks on a Verto flywheel like the standard one????

No. A+ engines are timed on the crank pulley.

My A+ Metro engine's flywheel has timing marks on the flywheel as well as the crank pulley.

Is it a Verto flywheel though????

Lots of A+ engines out there with regular flywheels on them (or, irregular ones for that matter)...
