Reminds me of an orange Mk1 S I saw at the indoor show organised by Miniworld mag in Esher back in '94, very unusual.

Compared to most of the rubbish, that looks ok. Strong £££ though.

Looks OK on the face of it. If it IS Vermillion, that isn't the correct colour for that age though is it. It is hard to tell from photos but I'd expect a 1973 Mini to be Flame Red or Blaze Orange.

Could be Flamenco?
Obviously had a blow over looking at the dust under the bonnet and overspray on tank and boot cable end

Knowing the A1 class in the south I doubt if this car in its present state of tune would be competitive. Unless there are only 3 in the class. Most A1 Minis are circa 100bhp at the wheels.

It does look good value-however in the ad the vendor says he bought it around 18 months ago-I’m 99 percent sure the previous owner sold it early this year-I messaged him about the car at the time
Edit~it was November last year

What do you make of this?

Is it a Cooper Classic? I thought they were twin point injection. Maybe its just a normal SPI with the mk1 touches?
