Rear Quarter Light Rivets & Screws
I now have a donor frame for my quarter light (thanks Gordon), stripped and ready to reassemble with my glass. Has anyone identified a source for the correct size rivets and countersunk screws for the frame ?. (Mk2)

Check out Somerford website as they have diagrams with links to the parts. 2 sizes - pillar and window frame. Also Westfield Fasteners.

I've had a look on the Somerford section for quarter lights but don't see the frame rivets or screws listed. Where did you see these ?

Re: Rear Quarter Light Rivets & Screws
I did a really brief write-up for assembling Mk1 rear quarters if that helps (viewtopic.php?f=31&t=19924). Not sure if it uses the same rivets and screws but I would be happy to send you some. They were purchased from McMaster-Carr here in Chicago although I don't know if they have a presence in the UK...

Thanks Gary, I've read your post, nice work indeed. Thanks also for the offer, I'll see if I can source the same size/material rivets over here, should be possible, if not I'll be in touch, thanks.Gary Schulz wrote: ↑Wed Jul 08, 2020 11:49 pm I did a really brief write-up for assembling Mk1 rear quarters if that helps (viewtopic.php?f=31&t=19924). Re: Rear Quarter Light Rivets & Screws
A bit of a faff but worth doing after staring at the split joint for 30 years. Thanks to Callum for the rivets. I managed to salvage a good bridge piece from another frame. Inner tube for the seal, plenty of red rubber grease and a lot of mess. Window sits better in the aperture as well. Other side to do now. Reducing the niggles to an a acceptable level.
