An Evening with Willy Cave

Post by Auntie »

Hi Everyone,

The Lancashire Automobile Club is having an 'Evening with Willy Cave' on the 3rd of November, where he'll be talking about his life in the navigator's seat. Willy has been in international rallying since the 1950’s and worked for the BBC and his rallying career continues to this day.

(The prime organiser of the evening is Mike Wood, who I am sure will also have a few words to say. ;) )

The event is at Whalley Golf Club on Thursday 3rd November starting 7.30pm for 8pm. Tickets costs £10 and include supper. Tickets need to be pre-booked as we have to give the venue numbers.

For more information contact Carolyn Taylor, tel. 01254 886819 or email taylors@autotuneuk.com, (please put LAC in the subject line of emails.)

To book tickets please send a cheque made payable to The Lancashire Automobile Club to Carolyn Taylor, LAC, c/o Autotune (Rishton) Limited, Riverside Industrial Estate, Rishton, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 4NF. Please remember to put your contact details in with your payment and include a telephone number and/or email address if possible.

Everyone is welcome and we hope to meet some of you there.

Thanks to Mark for allowing us to post about the event on the forum.

All the best
Michele
