What are the dimensions of the washer and screw?
The washers have a strong resemblance to Cooper S door/ window surround brightwork/trim retainers.

The disk/washer is 1/2” in diameter.
The screw is 1/2” in length.
The screws do not come off the washer - they are not a single unit.
They are self tapping.

Same here, nothing I've ever seen on ANY British car, certainly not a Mini........
Looks like something to hold down fabric, so, possibly from the rear hood of a Mini pickup?????
