Anyone know if the OE black vinyl for MK 2 Cooper seats is available , something very close would be OK as its for a pair of period retro buckets ,G

Newton are only ones with reasonably accurate copy as far as I am aware, not sure if they sell material but may retrim your seats,

The correct grain vinyl might be available but I don't think anyone else can replicate the weld stitch finish that Newton produce. I suppose it could be machine stitched with black thread but wouldn't necessarily look "factory".

I would be ok with that its to recover some period bucket seats have the originals so not bothered with welds , just correct grain . G
