Proper Stamped Commission Plates

Post by MkI-Speedwell »

Hello,

I'm looking for a stamped Commission Plate on an etched plate, not the common silk screened ones. I've contacted suppliers that have been recommended to me with no response.

Does anybody have experience with a good supplier.

Try vintagsuk.com. I had new plates made for a motorhome and they matched the style of the originals exactly, both stamped one and a printed one.

Have you tried Tim at Minimail?

I'm learning now they may not be etched. They are on my early Healey. I assumed they all were like other older plates.

Old Skool minis recently put a video out showing the machine they now have for doing chassis and commission plates.
