hi all , does a solenoid for a 62 mini have spade connectors or ring connectors for the non battery lead wires

If it the floor starter button/switch you are referring to, mine has ring connectors.

hi it is the starter solenoid for a 62 997 cooper , i have 1 with out any spade connectors but see new ones with spade connectors and my new wiring loom has spade connectors on it but i thought pre 63 ones had ring connectors

My December 1961 Cooper has spade connectors on the solenoid for the brown and red/white wires.
