25D distributor ID

I'm looking for help in identifying what model a 25D distributor with the code 40849H would be from. Dated 1964.

All I could find was the plain version without "H" and the "A" version.

In his database Marcel C. lists the A version as in use from '62 to'67 in MG-1100s, Morris Minor 1000, and A40s
