My issue .. the Windscreen Wipers work ..BUT only when "One" Wiper Blade is Fitted.. when both Wiper Blades are Fitted the Wipers Stop working due to dry drag on the screen Me-thinks?.. Investigation i then remove both blades & the Wiper Motor Cover .. then start the Motor & all seems to work ok the motor turns & both wheel boxes work as i expected.
My Wiper drive system has new MS supplied Wheel Boxes along with a nos OE Drive Cable & i have a refurb; DR3 Wiper Motor from a forum member.. the wiper drive system seems to be working all ok that is until both Wiper Blades are in use?
Without a good solution my next action is take out with the inside car Dash Trim & remove the Wiper assembly then run it outside the car, but will i then find the problem ?.. your advice & experience is needed.. many thanks.

Re: Wiper Issue advice needed
I had a similar issue which was caused by jamming of the wheel box when loaded, if you loosen the spindles from the car body they will most likely work and you will see them move around. I think you need to make sure each wheel is aligned to the same relative position on the rack or it can jam.
I also had the 'squash' one of my wheel boxes a bit as it was slipping through and that would cause the jam on the next stroke, worth checking.
All can be done from under the bonnet as no need to remove the motor, although the cover comes off and worth making sure this is greased and that the rack nut is not too tight as to pull on the wheel boxes causing the jam.
