Hello gents, hope you and your loved ones are well.
Mini Seven clutch not disengaging. New clutch plate, new master and new slave. Been bled to death ! Have now ordered new clutch arm , push rod and x2 pins.
Q. Do i grease the ball on the end of the clutch arm or put it in dry ?
Regards Gary

Re: 850 Clutch Arm.
My advice is to also replace the plunger that the ball end of the arm fits into and the thrust bearing is pressed on to.

These wear as badly where the ball contacts it as the ball itself, and again, you will lose the amount the clutch will disengage.
We normally use copperslip but normal grease is fine too.
