Found a set of used ones.
Are they a collector piece?
or worth using?
Good purchase price would be?
What to look for on wear?
Sorry can't get picture to load.

Re: WINDSOR Rockers 1.5 Question
They are well worth using as long as they aren't worn, bagggy or burred up.
Check the rollers on the tips, these must not have any play in them AT ALL, then check where they rotate on the shaft, also should have no play at all, finally a good overall check for burrs or scratches. As long as they all come up clear then they should be good to go.

Re: WINDSOR Rockers 1.5 Question
Thank you for reply.
They are used.
Seem to be tight on shaft with minimum play. Don't rock/play at all. Smooth rotation. Bearings look good.
There is some wear on shaft. But can not feel any grooves with finger nail.
What would be a good price?
