Going to run a HS6 carb on my 1293 GT restoration, engine spec as follows
1293cc MG metro pistons so circa 10:1 CR
Oselli inlet with standard airbox
Janspeed manifold and exhaust system
Stage 4 minisport head
MG metro cam
Plan on using MG Metro needle
Anyone have a view on spring and needle to use ( car will be pretty standard otherwise and is a road car)
Thanks
HS6 calibration recommendation

Re: HS6 calibration recommendation
Hello,
Is your HS6 using a spring loaded/biased needle? If yes the BDL MGMetro one can be a start , then if lean try the BCE .
If carb uses fixed needle try an OA6 .
Cheers
Luis
