Diameter of Mini van/traveller rear door hinge ball AAA1178

Can anyone tell me the diameter of the ball part of the rear door hinges, numbered above please.

Have obtained some NOS parts and might have some of these along with NOS pins AAA318. Is the bore the same size as the pin ?

Have a feeling the brass hinge balls could be A30/35. Anyone able to confirm dimensions of those ?
