DR3A Wiper Gear
Gears for DR3A wiper motors seem to be sold as Shaft and Gear Assemblies i.e. with connecting rods. Does anybody know if particular connecting rods go with the individual gears or are connecting rods all the same? I'm trying to correct a wiper sweep issue and I need to replace a 120 degree gear with a 150 degree gear and wonder whether I need a different connecting rod.

I might have answered my question. I replaced the 120 degree gear with a 150 degree gear. The connecting rod didn't bind and wipers work fine with the expected 30 degree more sweep.
