Would the switch on this Iron do for a TOK switch?

Close, but no cigar.

For anyone who does need a TOK switch knob, I can do PERFECT!!!!! repros that can be drilled for any 16A 4 position rotary switch.

When I say these are PERFECT, I mean exactly that they are PERFECT.

Will post pic tomorrow.

I always thought the works Minis had the rear mounted Lucas fog light as a reversing light, but I notice some of the cars have a much smaller reverse light.

The smaller one is, I believe an Austin Healey 3000 side light. They were used on quite a few of the Works cars.

The Lucas fog lights are "illegal" as they do not meet lighting regs for a reversing light that is why they had to go to a smaller one

It's not like BMC Comps Dept to have issues with the legality of their lighting choices is it

While we’re in the subject of lights - for the 4 lamp works bar with the order

FOG SPOT SPOT FOG

Do the LR driving/spot lights ‘cross’ their beams or are they parallel to the headlight main beams?

I believe it was driver preference.

It's more likely to be my retouching of the poster. It's one from my collection that was in terrible condition, I spent ages retouching it & the lines on the headlights "could" be down to me.

Having had a second look, I don't think it is me or the poster, there does look like there is some sort of shade on the headlight.

Rolls-Royce and Bentley also used that lamp unit into the 1970's on the rear of Silver Shadow, Corniche and T-Series models

666D went to Wooding in Germany, I have no idea if it still exists.

The logbook/registration was last used on a works racer during the '69 season.
