I always found if you have trouble going forward in the snow - go backwards, weight transference and all that stuff, better grip - honest guv, worked for me

I'm just listening to the radio and they were talking about the unusual weather in NZ - in some areas it's the first snow for 40 years apparently?!
Its not just NZ, that has unusual weather,
the last flood here in DK (6 weeks ago) cost more than 1.3 Billion kroner (Copenhagen alone), and sunday we were hit again - http://gonews.dk.msn.com/indland/galler ... 487&page=5
Summer? What summer? Haven't seen much of the sun lately here either. No extreme floods (although various places did suffer from floods). At least sufficient rain to cancel what was getting a very serious candidate here for driest year since measurements started. That is, until about June (Beaulieu). Now we are more close to the wettest summer ever. Nevertheless, not as spectectular as snow in NZ! Have fun!!

I'm afraid I was too early with saying that. Three people died at a music festival today in a nearby Belgium city plus at least 70 were injured due to extreme thunder showers. And my roof started leaking quite badly.

sorry to hear sounds like a bad one
both times we were hit, did it happen at night, maybe that was a good thing?
