Who has a Mk1 auto??
Hi guys,
I have a mk1 Morris Mini-Minor Automatic, 848 cc, four speed plus drive, first registered on September 3rd 1968..
the guy who sold it to me said these mk1 auto were becoming increasingly rare, and he estimated those on the road to about 100.. I was wondering if anyone knew how many actually are still around..
Who has one too?

A mate of mine (and fellow South Down Mini Owners Club member) has a late 1967 Morris. Most likely the only Mk1 automatic in Northern Ireland I'd reckon.

Hi
As mentioned on the other thread, did I see a Clubby Estate with autobox, some years back.
I also saw a 100% original MK II autobox, in a Classic Car mag, I will see if I can find the article?

Re: Who has a Mk1 auto??
Got a 1966 mk1 850 auto, altough in very rough state, and with no registration, that I've bought mainly to break for spares. It can be for sale for the right offer tho!

Spotted this great looking MkII at Brooklands last year
and my mothers first car was a Trafalgar Blue 1970 MkIII.
