Registration Changes

After a touch of the spams this weekend I have slightly changed the registration procedure.

All new members will have to be authenticated by me before their registration goes through. Hopefully this will not discourage people from joining but will mean that I can weed out any potential spammers or scammers before they can post.

This change does not effect members who have already registered.

It is always the same it seems - forums are at the sharp end of people piggie backing on them, especially when a new one is started. Don't ask me how it works or how they do it, all I know they get a fraction of a thousandth penny each timeone one pops up, and when you look at web activity thoughout the world, it does build up to a stinking living. Think it is the reganscia myself
