My Sealey SR 10 11 welder takes 15-16mm diameter arms and the arms I have take 10mm diameter electrodes. If they took 12mm electrodes I would buy a pair.
Why not just by some round copper bar and bend some up? I know it’s supposed to be a special alloy(can’t remember what) but this has been tried with ordinary stock bar and seems to work fine. Just don’t let them get too hot.

I have a couple of pincer type arms which might do. They are not quite the full pincer type as per the link but they may well fit for your job as they are the inclined pincer type. I'll photo them and send a pic on later and you can see if they would work.
