Its all been redeveloped round there, not exactly "gentrified" but not as built up as in the picture above.

At least seven of them in the photo are no longer with us - Peter Collinson, Fred Emery, George Fowler, Stanley Caine, Benny Hill, Peter Beckley and John Forgham. I remember taping it on VHS one Christmas and watching the last twenty minutes with the Minis over and over again...
