Still, good to see the link is still strong between the 2 (i.e. you can interchange the seats).. oh and you can use any old bit of red paint from either to touch the other one up with a brush.

i pulled along side one of those clubman last week in my sprint and couldnt even look through the passenger window of the sprint to perv at the blondy driving it.
i can confirm it had a nice door handle - thats all i could see

I, too, was shocked with the size difference when I saw the Countryman for the first time and wondered if a classic Mini would fit into the new 'Mini'. When I next compared their exterior and interior sizes it seemed it could really work.
And so I decided to do an article on it.

The new Countryman is in fact a smashing car - I test drove one for a weekend.
The only reason I didn't buy one was for the pretty poor max towing weight.

By the way: I was not too impressed by the car's driving characteristics. It's not only big but heavy too and despite the fact that they have undoubtly tried, it seems impossible to hide that. But then, I may be biased
