I found a few boxes of bearings among all my stash... that I'd forgotten I had...
I am a bit unsure about what types they are, can anyone confrim type and quality (are these suitable for race use??)
Part nos:
- VPM91886 (Vandervell on box)
- VPR91306 (Dana Glacier Vandervell on box)
- AEC3063 (AE Federal Mogul Aftermarket on label/box) (Cambearings)
Any help appreciated.

- VPM91886 (Vandervell on box)
a plus large bore mains
- VPR91306 (Dana Glacier Vandervell on box)
1275 big end ends
- AEC3063 (AE Federal Mogul Aftermarket on label/box) (Cambearings)
1275 cam bearings
the vandervells will probably be lc or lb, but you need to make sure that they are not a (aluminium) as they are not suitable for heavy duty use.
the dana boxed ones will modern ones, the quality isnt as good as the old vandervell, but still pretty good - they sometimes have a little 'lc' sticker on the box to show they are lead copper, but ive also seen them with reticular tin ones in the boxes, if you pull the codes i should be able to decode them using my vandervell bible

both the 91306 & the 91886 are made from the better vp2 material, this is the cast lead bronze - i.e they are the heavy duty bearings
the cam bearings where never made as a heavey duty option - they are just the normal ones
