I just picked up some 3.5s. Are these dimensionally the same as a regular 3.5?

No, the offset to the mating face is different to standard mini wheels.

The wheel sits inside the arch further than a standard one if fitted to standard mini drums.

The rear would not fit at all, it would hit the shock or helper spring. On the front it would go on but the tyre would hit the inner wing and the tie rod.

Definitely not paper weights.

Remember these are Lemmerz, not "proper" 3.5s.

The E1029 is the Cooper S version of Lemmertz
The E1030 is a Cooper S look alike but for standard minis, with an ET of 24.

Looks like you have the E1029
