Free flow or LCB?

Free flow or LCB?

Fitting my Works type centre exit exhaust and wondering what is the best manifold to fit - the engine is a 1128 and I'm wondering whether to go for the Maniflow Downton free flow copy or an LCB

Any thoughts?

freeflow all the time - fit and forget

the lcb would probably clout the drive couplings as well
