HELP! How do I attach my door pull cables onto the door?

Would anyone be able to advice / send me pictures showing how I fasten the door pulls into my Mini doors.

Its just a round head screw and nut onto the door frame on the lip of the top section. the handle end is just a little flat steel bracket folded around the square section of the handle.

the hole is already in the return of the door frame, and the bolt is just a 3/16unf as used on loads of jobs on the mini

just took mine off to fit handles
