I race in one of the big bangers in the series but love the minis as they often embarrass the larger cars and provide great excitement for the spectators. I know the organisers are keen to get more and have tweeked the class system to do this, not sure of the details but calender is below;

One and a half day event Saturday sign-on qualifying 16.30pm

I enjoy it and looking at the calender looks like I will continue to.
It is much more affordable and the organisers have been trying to focus on value whilst still making sure the series is a bit special with first class events and circuits.
This season I am told you can race for as little as £480 + VAT if you book the season which is good if you think that is nearly 2 hours track time on GP tracks with hospitality.
Last season I paid up front for two cars for the whole season with the promise that it would not proceed without the commitment of 25 such competitors.
After two rounds with grids of about 14 cars, some definitely not from a "Heritage" background, I wrote to Roger Bennington.
Bearing in mind I used to run the series with Tony Pattison and got the grids from 14 cars at the end of the preceding season to over capacity, you may have though that warranted a reply at the very least.

The Masters organisation is populated with helpful well mannered people, that's where I'll be!
I'm sorry you have not had a good experience I can only comment on my own experiences which have always been good.
Unfortunately the Snetterton rounds did not have a great turnout which was a surprise because one was the Lotus Festival with 40,000 spectators and the largest collection of F1 Lotuses on track ever the other was the BTCC. I had a great time its something just being part of these events even if the grid isnt as large as you would like and I will never forget the embarrassment of having to explain to a disappointed Jack Sears who presented the trophies why I span out on the last lap. Masters suffer the same though. Stars of the seventies have to mix with touring cars of the seventies just to get 15 cars on the grid.
I hope you will join us next year as you and your cars will be missed and you will be missing some great events.
The Heritage have a Media Day at Brands on the 23rd, all welcome.
It is yet another opportunity for you to meet and socialise with other competitors and view some of the fabulous cars which will be participating in the series at top events on the best circuits such as Silverstone GP, Brands GP and Snetteron 300 . Cars in attendance include ;

Breakfast provided in the Media Centre
Press Conference hosted by Jonathan Palmer
Circuit laps for prospective drivers, media/sponsor and passenger laps
Coffee and sandwiches served in the Media Centre at lunchtime to finish off the event
