Engine number
Not sure if it's possible, but my mk2 cooper had a 1300gt engine when I bought it and I sourced a 998 cooper engine many years ago I have the original number from this and to keep the history of my car I will be keeping this engine number on my v5, question is can I date an engine from the number as I would like to know what year it was from. I don't want to post the number though so would rather send by pm.
