Replacing inner and outer A panels

Hi folks, this is a job I'm going to have to tackle soon, hopefully without also replacing the wings. Is there a how to guide/thread on this anywhere? For instance, would you weld the inner to the outer first, or mount them one at a time? Only ever done mk3 ones before!

I have just finished doing this on my Countryman project. I used repro inners and outers and getting them to fit was a real bear. The last car I did I used M machine panels and it went much more smoothly.

Not a tutorial, but I have photos in this thread if it helps...
