Where can I have my MG Metro Cylinder Head Converted to Unleaded Fuel?

We have no idea where you are, not even what country you reside in!

Please update your profile, that way you are more likely to get details of
workshops near you that can help. It would be very expensive to post
your head to Australia to get this done if you are in the "Outer Hebrides".

There are a large number of engine refurbishment businesses that will be
able to do this kind of work, there might even be a decent one right on your
doorstep...

Speak to Malcolm at Lancaster Engines. Won't do fancy stuff like porting, just honest machining work.
Unleaded inserts and cutting valve seats wil be no problem.
