Whats everyones view on fitting a Mk1 super with 4.5x10 Minilites?

My opinion is that they are a great wheel that looks good on most early cars. If I was you I'd also keep the standard wheels though.

Cheers, yea was going to keep the original set, just wondered if they would look good, are Minilites the best to get?

Go for the mini spares thick rimmed ones, they look great

Dunlop D1`s always look good on a MK1 ;)

Or Cosmics - also a nice rim for Mk1s.

Currently on my Traveller but swapping onto the '62. Minilite replicas going on the Traveller again.

late 1960s / early 70s "100+" minilite copies are a lovely shape,but assume hard to find now

Mini Spares MiniLifes with grey centres and polished rim. 7.5 Cooper S discs and spaced minifins on the rear
