Im stripping this down

and building it all into the mk2 with the intentions of doing some road rallies and classic tours (plus it then gives ne chance to restore the mk3 shell)

That looks like a fairly decent shell Pad, wish my mk2 project had started out like that. Does it need much welding?
Looking forward to seeing more.

Floors the worst part but im going to put a full floor pan in as it way easier than repairing all the sections , other than that it can pas for being totally suitable for a rally project - dam site easier to do 4 cuts and the old pans out - 1/2 day getting the rest of the floorpan spotwelds drilled out the remaining bits pulled off and i think a couple of days to get the new pan in .

ive borrowed a rollover spit to make things easier

Looks like a very nice shell pad!

It'll make a great "Works style" rally car.
