can anyone help me to make a pattern card to drill the 2 holes for front morris badge? i will kindly pay the extra cost for the post to here.

Are these the holes for a Morris Mini, a Morris Mini Cooper or a Morris Mini Cooper S?

ps. do those badge have different hole position?

I'll see if I can measure the one on my Mini this evening.

I don't know if the centres are different, but if they were it would be a bugger if you drilled them wrong, or should I say right for the wrong badge.

the easy way is to stick some masking tape on the bonnet, draw a vertical and a horizontal datum line in pencil, then press the badge against the tape so the badge pins mark the tape.

this way you know the badge is in the right place and the holes will be correct for that individual badge

Morris Mini and Morris Cooper bonnet badges are the same centres - at least they are on the ones I have. I replaced the bonnet badge on the Traveller with a Cooper one and it went straight on.
