I have done a short review of our Blyton Event on the main MK1 site. In doing so I have nicked quite a few images & video.
If anyone would rather I didn't use their picture, please can you let me know.
Thanks,

There should also be quite a big write up in Mini Magazine's next issue out in early June.

Did anyone see the review in Classic Car Weekly?
I know we were promised one, but I didn't see it.

Very good, well done. I didn't realise that was the ethos behind the event, I wholeheartedly agree with your sentiment. The 'Show' scene is just that, a show. Which I am no against for those who like that sort of thing, but I felt embarrassed to turn up in a shabby Mini to those things, where polish is the order of the day and I don't own any!
Well done again, I do look forward to the next one.

Re: Review of Blyton on MK1 Main Site
With the risk of repeating myself after returning from Blyton, it was THE best Mini event i've ever been to! Ultra special cars which are not 'on the show circuit' with no pre conceived 'winners' in the concours made it so much of a breath of fresh air. The setting also added to the feel of the day - pretty much i imagine how the feel of the '60's circuits would have been. Its great that a couple of my snaps of the day made it on to the review page!
Looking forward to Blyton 2015 with a refreshed VFF 684!
Cheers. Tim
