Andyb used to use them on his Innocenti.
They were made in 2 sizes, one for the 998 engine & one for the 1275 engine they were (but don't quote me on this) something along the lines of 32 & 36mm or similar.
If I remember Andy struggled to get them set up right to begin with, but once they were something like they were little different to a "normal" SU setup.
I would personally put them in the "interesting" as opposed to the genuinely good modification category.

Ye, I used a set on my old Innocenti 1293. I don't think I ever really got them setup 100%, they bogged down under hard acceleration, but once they got going they felt like they produced more torque than the SU's or maybe that was just the action of the pump jet kicking in more fuel sooner, that was also probably the cause of the bogging down.
On the down side new spares are expensive and they use loads of fuel. On the up side they make an amazing noise and are a nice small carb.
The Abarth guys go mad for them which pushes the price up and up, I've seen a few sets got for 300+ over the last year or so.
