? Front drum brakes and 4 1/2 wheels?

Folks, I know I need spacers on the rear drums to fit 4 1/2" (non reverse rim) wheels..............do I need spacers on the fronts as well?

The wheels should be fine on the front without spacers, I used to run 4.5" non reverse Cooper S wheels on a 998 Cooper, which is dimensionally the same as drum braked models & there was no need for spacers on the front.

As indicated, clearance is OK, but you have to decide whether you're OK with the change in the front to rear track ratio. For normal driving around you're unlikely to notice the change.
