1300GT by the look of it, but not worth mega money - £50 tops judging by this recent auction for one:

Yes is is an 1300 GT steeringwheel and will fit the classic Mini
DOWNTON Mini is what I like a lot.
Collecting 60th wooden steeringwheels.
