I tried to sorn a few minis today on the dvla website . It came up that there already declared sorn from 1st march 2014 . Don't know what's happened there as I haven't declared them sorn on that date . Do cars still need to be sorn every year , or once there declared is that it until you tax them again . This is the only year I haven't had any reminders in the post .... Ken

Yep they changed the rules, you only need to do it the once now.

Credit where it's due....... this is one of the (few?) good ideas to come out recently - along with the rolling date tax exemption of course
