Reintroduction of rolling tax exemption

According to the small print in todays budget, it looks like a 40 year rolling tax exemption is to be reintroduced from 1 April 2014.
Hopefully it'll last long enough to include my '75 pick up !!

Woo hoo! Pity they didnt put it back to the old 25 years!
