RAD DRAIN

Hi,

Pulled the old 998 engine out ready for my s engine at the weekend.

I noticed when I had the rad recored the company must have disposed of the drain tap in the bottom and replaced it with a brass bung.

While the rad is out was going to change to back to a drain tap. what would the tap have looked like from the factory? With a cast brass T part or the T part in pressed plate. pictures below should help.

Have the one in the first pic on my 64 Cooper S. Also on my 63 Countryman.
